I checked & it turned out to be the RAM Strip. Chainged it & Voila!! it worked. MS should simplify the Error Messages. Even Techies are doing the Guess work with these HIGHLY CRYPTIC ERROR MESSAGES The Culprit is mostly the Hardware.
